Grown at 1,100 metres above sea level in São Sebastião, São Paulo, this Arara lot comes from Santa Alina Farm, a historic estate that has been in the Da Silva Dias family since 1907. Today, under the care of Lucia Maria Da Silva Dias and Rodrigo Fernandes, the farm has been revitalised with a clear focus on quality, sustainability, and community. Set across volcanic soils and nourished by generous rainfall, the farm produces expressive coffees with clarity and structure. Carefully harvested using both manual and mechanical methods, only ripe cherries are selected and processed using wet or pulped natural techniques. Drying begins on patios to stabilise moisture before finishing in controlled dryers, ensuring consistency and balance in the cup. Beyond the coffee itself, Santa Alina stands out for its people-first approach—investing in workers, improving living conditions, and embracing environmentally responsible practices such as solar energy and reforestation. The result is a coffee that reflects both its rich heritage and a forward-thinking vision.

Flavour expression may shift slightly depending on brewing method.
