Today, he is known for his innovative approach, working with varieties such as Pink Bourbon and Geisha and exploring advanced processing methods, including anaerobic fermentation. His coffees have earned multiple nominations in the prestigious Cup of Excellence, recognising both quality and consistency.

Beyond his own farm, Alexander is deeply committed to his community, mentoring young producers and sharing knowledge to support the next generation of coffee growers.

This exceptional coffee is grown by Luz Helena Salazar at Maracay Farm in Colombia. It features 100% Pink Bourbon, a unique varietal under research for its origins, believed to have mutated at 2100 meters above sea level in San Adolfo, Hulia. The cherries are meticulously harvested based on strict ripeness criteria, floated, and hand-sorted to ensure quality. They undergo 30 hours of underwater fermentation, are then pulped, washed, and dried in controlled conditions to achieve perfect moisture content. Enjoy this carefully crafted micro-lot, reflecting the dedication and precision in every cup.
